STEP: 1
Email us within 30 days of your purchase.  http://JTIreturn@jtillc.com
STEP: 2
Look for our reply with the instructions required to process your refund or credit for the eligible (same condition as received) return.
NOTE: For digital training materials and coaching services that are render there are no cash/credit refunds provided. However, you may request in writing (JTIcredit@jtillc.com), for equal value, a JTI credit to be used on other coaching services, developmental resources, training materials or products.

Send your reply email with the requested details.
STEP: 4
Your refund or JTI credit is processed.
STEP: 5
Check for your credit that is generally received within 5-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
